This trip entails a lot of driving. Each day with the missionaries is surrounded by at least 6 hours of driving. And I might add the fact that I am driving on the opposite of the car, the opposite side of the road with many round abouts (rotaries) around which to navigate. Oh and did I mention that the roads are much more narrow here. So I constantly remind myself...protect the passenger... which means keep the passenger away oncoming traffic.
So far, Wednesday, the day we flew in, was a travel day (10 hour drive with a 1.5 hour nap at a road service stop). Friday was a travel day (6 hour drive with a 2 hour service stop for some work). And today, Sunday, is a travel day (4 hour travel between AM and PM services).
Today, we leave Wrexham, North Wales after the AM services and head for Cardiff, South Wales with plans to arrive for the PM services. Please pray for us as we travel!
